Workspace review and roadmap
Bring a workspace that has become hard to use or one workflow that gets stuck. We review its databases, views and permissions with the people using it, then deliver a prioritized improvement plan and a target structure for the agreed scope.
Custom workspace implementation
We build connected databases, templates and role-based views for projects, tasks and company knowledge. Your team tests the workspace with real work before handover. We document the structure and agree who maintains it as the team grows.
Migration into Notion
We map source records and fields, review a sample import, then move the agreed data into its new structure. The scope defines which content, history and relationships can transfer. Checks and a documented field map help your team understand what moved.
Team training and adoption
Practical sessions use the workspace and the tasks each role handles. We teach contributors how to keep work current and workspace owners how to maintain databases, templates and permissions. Guides support onboarding and everyday questions.
Connected workflows and ongoing support
We connect Notion to the apps around it and add automations or Notion AI for specific tasks. We define the source data, update rules and review points, then test the agreed workflow. Ongoing support can cover fixes, new workflows and training as needs change.Tidligere arbejde

Great Build Partner
Guillermo and the Optimal Flow team built the structure of our Notion ecosystem at Scale Ventures. Flexible, user-friendly, and consistently gave us a clear path from scoping to delivery. They were happy to push back on our ideas and reshape them where it made the end product more functional, which is exactly what you want from consultants. The workspace they built is in daily use across our team. Highly recommended.P
